My name is Eleanor, and I'm a Senior Associate on the Climate Risk Modeling team at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Denver, CO. My goal is to help create tangible solutions specifically in response to climate change. Industry is intimately tied to our economy, society & culture, and human's larger carbon footprint. Thankfully, industry is swiftly taking climate action. The primary focus of PwC's Climate Risk Modeling team is helping businesses move in that direction. At PwC, I work with clients to address, adapt to, and mitigate climate change risk, posed by both changing policy and physical climate hazards.
Historically, I've been a postdoctoral research associate devoted to understanding our global climate system with statistics & global climate models, as well as a data scientist, working in the health insurance and retirement investment industry (Transamerica) as well as the climate data science sector (Jupiter Intelligence).
